As a Logistics Administrative Employee (internally referred to at Samsung SDS as Transport Operations Coordinator), you and 8 colleagues are jointly responsible for the smooth execution of all inbound and outbound transportation from the European Distribution Center in Born. You work in a fully system-driven environment, where transport orders are automatically generated. You monitor and manage the process from start to finish, from order creation through to final delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and confirming inbound and outbound transport orders
- Daily follow-up of scheduled deliveries
- Actively tracking shipments during transportation
- Identifying delays and taking immediate action to resolve them
- Proactively communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Managing and checking transport and import/export documentation
- Administrative processing in various systems

- You have at least MBO level 4 (or equivalent) working and thinking level
- You have a good command of the English language
- You are proficient with Excel

Nice to have:
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain
- Knowledge of the Dutch language
- Experience with a WMS system
