What you’ll be doing:- You will be leading and mentoring a fast growing team of Account Executives based in the The Netherlands for the Benelux region
- You will be scaling the team quickly, with a large focus on recruiting, onboarding and ramping new hires
- You will work closely with the the Regional Vice President of Sales to drive Kong’s success by adding new sales opportunities to the pipeline and closing them
- And any additional tasks required by a leader in a scale up organisation
- Experience building and leading high-performance sales teams at a high-growth SaaS company, selling a complex technical product
- Experience successfully selling SaaS solutions in a field sales capacity
- Experience accurately forecasting and managing pipelines
- A history of scaling teams quickly, with knowledge of how to effectively recruit, train and ramp new hires
