Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Line Facilitator on a temporary basis for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.
As a Line Facilitator, you are responsible for quickly resolving disruptions. You listen carefully, ask questions to clarify the issue, and analyze the situation before taking corrective or preventive actions. You communicate clearly with both employees and the Team Leader. If a problem exceeds your expertise, you escalate it appropriately. You also monitor the overall workplace and suggest improvements when needed.
Your tasks include solving process issues, documenting defects in an issue tracker, and actively improving production processes using core metrics data. Additionally, you seek improvements within your area and across departments while ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
