Key Responsibilities- BSS Architecture Leadership: Design and optimize end‑to‑end BSS architectures tailored to the needs of large enterprise clients in the Dutch telecom market, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compliance with industry standards.
- Sales/CRM/Product/Resource Management for B2B Segment: Lead the development and lifecycle management of B2B telecom products, collaborating closely with business and technical teams to define product vision, roadmap, and value propositions.
- Transformation Initiatives: Drive digital transformation projects within the BSS domain to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility.
- AI Integration: Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to automate business processes, enable advanced analytics, and deliver intelligent customer experiences.
- Time‑to‑Market Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to reduce product launch cycles and accelerate delivery of new services to enterprise customers.
