Do you thrive in a production environment and like working in a 3-shift schedule? Then this position as an operator might be the perfect fit for you!
In this role as a operator, you ensure that the machines producing food packaging and mainly lids run smoothly. You quickly respond to minor malfunctions and contact technical support when needed. Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the smooth running of the production process;
• Packing and quality control tasks;
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized.

You’ll work in a modern production hall with state-of-the-art machines. The shift schedule:

• Morning: 06:45 – 15:00 (Monday starts at 05:15)
• Evening: 14:45 – 23:00 (Friday ends at 01:00)
• Night: 22:45 – 07:00

During night shift weeks, you have the night from Sunday to Monday off, so you work four days that week (average 38.5 hours per week).

Dit bieden wij jou

- Salary between €3.000 and €3.350 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week);
- Possibility of a contract directly with the employer;
- 24 vacation days + 3 ADV-days;
- 8% vacation pay;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
- Work shoes and work clothes;
- Sufficient career opportunities, for example to all-round operator.

Dit vragen wij van jou

- Experience working in shifts;
- Experience as an operator or in a production environment is a plus;
- You can keep a good overview and take responsibility.
