Your Challenge
Are you an ambitious early-career professional with a keen eye for quality and technology? For our client’s cutting‑edge R&D hub in Venlo, we’re looking for a Quality Engineer focused on the reliability of strategic printheads used in water‑based latex inkjet printing systems.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of experts in physics and process engineering, where your work directly contributes to the performance of market‑leading printers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
As a Quality Engineer, you will:
- Investigate reliability specifications to ensure consistent printhead performance
- Develop and refine measurement methods and experimental setups
- Execute endurance tests to detect design flaws early in development
- Monitor long-term behavior of printheads in both in‑house and customer printers
- Transfer knowledge and testing methods to Manufacturing (QA) and Service & Support teams

Who You Are
You’re hands‑on, analytical, and driven by quality. You enjoy working with high‑tech systems, conducting tests, and diving into data. You’re eager to learn, challenge assumptions, and collaborate across disciplines.
You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in physics, applied sciences, or similar
- 0–5 years of experience at the intersection of physics and chemistry
- Experience with technical setups and data analysis/science
- Fluency in English (Dutch and German are a plus)
- Familiarity with Design for Six Sigma and professional testing methods—or willingness to learn
- Valid work authorization for the Netherlands
€3500 - €5500 monthly
