In this role, you will provide customer support via phone, email, and social media, addressing inquiries from customers, suppliers, and carriers. You will ensure clear, friendly, and timely communication, prioritizing a customer-centric approach. Collaborating with colleagues within the German service & customer support department, you'll resolve complex issues, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive customer journey.
