Additional information:
• This role is Permanent 50 hrs/fortnight
• This role requires availability to work Sunday - Wednesday 7am -7.30pm. Thursday -Saturday 7am -9.30pm
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
• If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a forklift license.
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
• Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
• Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
