The organization is a leading manufacturer of white label digital printing products with operations in North America and the Netherlands. Products printed in the Eindhoven region include photo books, flyers and business cards. The focus is on innovation and delivering high-quality printing at efficient costs.
As a Print Operator, responsibility lies with the entire printing and finishing process of print products. Duties include:
- Executing print and finishing jobs according to job briefing and schedule;
- Working with printing machines;
- Checking input and output of print and finishing jobs;
- Performing timely preventive and corrective maintenance on digital presses and finishing equipment;
- Ensuring a clean and organized workplace;
- Contributing to efficient setup and assurance of the printing and finishing process;
- And actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to process improvements.
A motivated and flexible team player with the following qualities will fit this role perfectly:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude;
- Team spirit and a no-nonsense mentality;
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work overtime, including Saturdays;
- Good command of the English language, Dutch is an advantage;
- Willingness to work 2 shifts and during high season (November-December) 3 shifts;
- And willingness to follow L1 print operator training through a training contract.

- A salary of €14,92 per hour without experience, with experience this can go up to €15.03 per hour;
- Shift bonus of 25% between 06:00-08:00 and 18:00-20:00, and 50% between 20:00-24:00;

- And work in a 2-shift, and during peak periods in a 3-shift.
