As a Machine Operator in Elst, you are responsible for testing finished products daily, maintaining machines, and independently solving minor malfunctions. You work on the production floor of a dynamic production company where quality and safety come first. Your day includes:
- Analyzing and reporting machine stops and identifying errors using control equipment
- Performing product changes, such as mold changes
- Daily testing of production according to established procedures
- Working according to the applicable quality systems
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines
- Reporting to the Shift Leader at the end of your shift You work in a 5-shift system, which provides a lot of variety and flexibility. Working hours are divided between day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends.
