As a production worker, you will work daily with fresh vegetables and fruit. You'll make sure everything is processed and packaged neatly, so our products always reach the customer fresh. You’ll be on the production floor in Ridderkerk, working shoulder to shoulder with your teammates. You’ll use professional machines and manual tools in a clean, modern workspace where quality always comes first. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing raw vegetables and fruit, such as peeling and removing seeds
- Cutting vegetables and fruit by hand and/or machine
- Carefully packing and repacking products
- Completing (meal) salads and other dishes on the conveyor belt
- Manually filling containers according to instructions
- Checking the correct weight on the scale
- Checking labels, dates, and making sure products are properly sealed
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools You will work Monday through Saturday, with two days off per week. The shifts are during the day, with a start time between 06:00 and 08:00 and an end time between 16:00 and 17:00.

Wat wij vragen
- Mbo working and thinking level (secondary vocational education)
- Preferably experience as a production worker, operator, or packing employee in the food sector (0-2 years)
- Flexible availability between Monday and Saturday
- Able to work accurately and hygienically
- You speak and understand basic Dutch or English
- You live within 50 km of Ridderkerk
