Functieomschrijving:
Your ResponsibilitiesAs an operator, you ensure that production runs smoothly.

• Machine Operation: You operate the machines and set them up for each production line. You also reconfigure (change over) the machines when necessary.
• Quality & Safety: You keep a close eye on quality and always follow food safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Spot a minor malfunction? You solve it yourself. For major issues, you call in the help of a colleague.
• Administration & Handover: You keep everything neatly updated in the logs. You work in a 3-shift system, and during the shift handover, you catch up with your teammates to share all important information.

You also actively think about how processes can be improved even further. Your dedication makes the difference in creating the most delicious products!
