As a Gereenhouse Coordinator, you'll take ownership of a specific part of the greenhouse production process. You'll operate machines, perform light maintenance, and ensure everything runs efficiently and safely. Part of your role includes coordinating and supervising other team members especially during busy periods.
What you'll do:
- Operating greenhouse machinery and equipment.
- Disinfecting materials according to hygiene protocols.
- Performing light maintenance on machines.
- Delivering vegetables or potted plants.
- Carrying out routine cultivation activities like watering.
- Cleaning and tidying the workspace and materials.
- Operating a forklift to move materials.
The company is located in Vierpolders. You'll work from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:30. Overtime is possible, and occasional Saturday work may be required, so flexibility is appreciated.

- Competitive salary between €15.12 and €16.66 per hour, depending on experience.
- 60% overtime bonus after 38 hours.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer (for 10-26 km)
