As a production employee in the flex pool at Mauser, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality plastic drums and containers used worldwide in industries like chemicals and agriculture. Working in a structured and safe production environment, you’ll play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. This role offers variety, as you’ll be scheduled based on your availability and the production planning, giving you flexibility while working for a stable employer.

What You Will Do:

• Secure: tighten lids and caps on plastic containers to ensure proper sealing
• Trim: remove excess plastic to meet quality requirements
• Organize: stack and move finished products to the correct locations
• Inspect: perform quality checks according to procedures
• Collaborate: work together with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient workplace

• Hourly wage of €21,53
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Work between 24 and 40 hours per week in shifts.
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
• Opportunities to grow in an international production environment.

• Quick learner of new tasks and processes.
• Willing to work in a 5-shift schedule.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum level B1).
