- Manage the daily operations of a dedicated inhouse location.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Inhouse Consultants.
- Ensure KPI targets and service levels are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure an optimal balance between client satisfaction, operational performance, and temporary worker engagement.
Job Requirements:
- HBO working and thinking level.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Flexible, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
