Are you looking for a job with varied tasks at a production company? This is a 5-shift operator position in the packaging department. In this role, you'll work as a production worker in 5 shifts at a company in Ittervoort. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating the (packaging) machine and troubleshooting during packaging;
- Working in accordance with HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety;
- and Replenishing products using a forklift.
- This position includes internal training, allowing you to work in other departments as needed.
Your working hours will be as follows: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM, 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM, and 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM. You'll work 8.5 hours per day, 8 of which will be paid.
You'll be working for a specialist in animal feed. The company is highly automated, and the machines are modern. The work atmosphere is open and informal, with colleagues working as a team. Workplace temperatures can vary from cold to warm, and the Ittervoort location employs approximately 70 people.
The company is easily accessible from cities such as Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas, Stein, and Sittard-Geleen.
- MBO work and thinking level, preferably in the food or technology field. Do you happen to have experience in the food industry? Then you're at an advantage!;
- Experience operating machinery is a plus;
- You are fluent in Dutch for safety regulations;
- You have an eye for detail and are flexible and stress-resistant.
- Do you have a forklift certificate? That's a nice bonus!
- Starting salary between €14.40 and €16.00 gross per hour, depending on experience and knowledge;
- Shift allowance of 28% on each hour worked, this amounts to an hourly wage between €18.00 and €19.20.
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer (from 10 kilometers);
- An end-of-year bonus of 6% on top of your hourly wage;
- Pension accrual from day one (via Stipp);
- Work clothing and work shoes are provided;
- The opportunity to obtain your BHV certificate;
- Start with a contract through Olympia, with the intention of being taken over by the client if suitable, with the prospect of permanent employment.
