Our Client Experience team is a dynamic team that is part of the Markets department within PwC. This department supports our business professionals with expertise teams in the areas of marketing, event management, business development, proposal management, creating thought leadership and insights, and account management.
In our CX role we work with multiple colleagues within Markets and the business to make sure that we create a seamless and consistent client experience across all touchpoints and all stages of the client journey.
As a Client Program Specialist at PwC, you play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall experience with our firm. As part of our CX approach, we run a priority client program for a carefully selected number of clients where we bring the best from our firm, with the aim of creating distinctive, consistent, and data?'driven client experience. We are seeking a Client Program Specialist who will support the continuous improvement and scaling of activities within this strategic program.
What will you be doing?In your role you will contribute specifically to the continuous improvement of the client experience for PwC's priority clients. In order to support the lead partners on these priority clients to bring the best to their clients, we have an extensive enablement model in place, with activities ranging from internal deep dives on strategic market topics to data?'driven insights that help accelerate their account strategy.
Together with the priority accounts program lead you will play a central role in connecting enablement initiatives, identifying needs of the account teams, and driving progress and impact reporting. Additionally, you will have a role in providing centralised internal communications within the program and organising internal networking meetings for the community. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement and roll?'out of our Account Excellence methodology on our priority accounts, aimed at creating a consistent account management approach across our firm, including optimum use of our CRM system Salesforce. In your role you will report to the priority accounts program lead.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing tactical/operational support for the Priority Accounts program. You contribute to further expanding the program and increasing its impact on our clients. You support various initiatives and processes (such as internal communications, SharePoint maintenance, organisation of monthly webcasts and network meetings for account leadership on PwC Netherlands' largest clients);
- Contribute to the realisation of improved utilisation of Salesforce on our priority accounts by guiding account teams on the Salesforce way of working and understanding the data model, and identifying account team needs line with their account strategy;
- Identify scalable needs for reporting and insights and initiate inclusion in/development of central pipeline and relationships dashboards.
- You possess a strong intrinsic motivation to enhance client experience;
- You hold a completed hbo/wo education or equivalent professional level, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a client experience environment;
- Your communication skills are exceptional, especially in writing in English, and you excel at presenting client stories and programs effectively;
- You are structured and have the ability to work with ambiguity;
- You are adept at engaging stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and innovations;
- Your analytical skills are well developed, and you have experience with reporting in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
- You have a strong affinity with technology, and are digitally savvy.
