What you’ll doLead and grow a team of project managers and coordinators, setting clear expectations and a consistent standardsfor project delivery acrosstheINDGFashion vertical.
Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring timelines, scope, budget and quality are aligned from kick‑off through final delivery.
Define, implementand continuously improve project management best practices, tools and workflows that help teams move faster without compromising quality.
Act as the central connector between CGI, production, technology and client teams, anticipating risks and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long‑term relationships grounded in transparency and reliability.
Translate client goals into clear scopes and actionable project plans, providing strategic input that goes beyond execution.
Partner with sales and account teams to identify upsell and account expansion opportunities and help turn them into concrete outcomes.
Monitor project healthand progressclosely(resourcing, risks, timelines, and delivery quality)and step in decisively when adjustments are needed.
Own revenue progress tracking, forecasting and reporting alignment withvertical lead andfinance teams
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement within the project management team.
Proven experience in project management within the fashion industry, preferably in a digital or technology‑driven environment.
Proven experience leading project teams in a complex, client‑facing environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and guide teams through pressure and ambiguity.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, applied pragmatically rather than rigidly.
Exposure to commercial discussions such as upselling, account growth, or long‑term client partnerships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and with clients at different levels.
Experience in digital production, CGI, or a technology‑driven creative environment.
Background in fashion, retail or consumer product industries.
