As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll join our multidisciplinary team to build the digital tools that support our orthosis and scanner portfolio. Your work will directly influence the way people experience our products, from intuitive web interfaces, applications running on our scanners, to mission critical internal tools. You'll work closely with designers and engineers to bring ideas to life using modern web technologies. You switch easily between building scalable web applications as well as leading development projects. You're both strategic and hands-on: you see the big picture, break it into clear deliverables, and get things shipped. - Build and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible web applications

- Lead development of new features from concept to deployment

Wie we zoeken
We're looking for a senior full stack developer who thrives on impact. Someone who:
- Has a passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact
- Has 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
- Writes clean, maintainable, and well-organized code in React, Node and Typescript
- Has a good eye for detail
- Has extensive experience with databases and cloud infrastructure
- Has experience writing automated tests (Playwright, Jest, etc.)
- Is curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to explore new technologies
- Is comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Is an excellent communicator, fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
- Is a team player (but also able to work autonomously)
- Can take the lead on projects and mentor junior team members
- Is able to shape our technology stack (staying up to date and guiding the team)
