- Provide strategic guidance on scalable commercial engagement
- Line manage and coach two Product Owners
- Ensure initiatives align with enterprise outcomes
- 10 plus years of relevant experience
- Strong sales and commercial background
- Proven CRM experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with commercial and customer facing platforms
- Strong stakeholder and governance skills
- Project and transformation management experience
- Coaching and leadership capabilities
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
