- You have professional education (MBO 4 / HBO) level.
- You speak English, Dutch/Polish is nice to have.
- You are willing to work on weekends.
- You are not afraid to be critical, and you are a trusted advisor.
- You are stress-resistant, are able to keep an overview, and you are creative.
- You think in terms of solutions and possibilities.
- You have an advantage if you have experience in the temporary employment industry.
