Skills & Experience:- Lead comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements in lending strategies.
- Oversee the planning and execution of data management projects to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide expert insights into commercial lending practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all business analysis activities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals with business objectives.

- Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that enhance data management capabilities.

- Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business analysis and planning.

- Have experience in commercial lending which is considered a valuable asset.

- Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software for data interpretation.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business finance or a related field.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
- Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry 'points of view' or 'white papers', podcasts, blogs, video interviews etc
Direct experience of working in wholesale banking Industry through a bank, fintech or building society or industry aligned consulting, agency or software vendor experience for around 4/5 years.
