As a Senior Consultant Risk & Control, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful impact on corporate and public organizations, as well as society. You will engage in risk analysis and internal controls, embracing digital developments like GenAI to create solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone who presents fresh ideas and actively seizes opportunities for professional and personal growth.

You will become part of an ambitious and dedicated team, where there is room for sharing knowledge and providing feedback. Sometimes you'll work more autonomously, while other times you'll collaborate extensively on larger projects. A snapshot of the challenges you will tackle with our clients:

• Assessment and optimization: You analyze and improve IT processes and systems to identify and mitigate risks.
• Development of risk frameworks: You work in multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive IT risk frameworks and ensure compliance with changing regulations.
• Insightful reporting: You develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into IT risks and controls and present it to clients and stakeholders.
• Compliance with SOX regulations: You assist a company aiming to go public in the U.S. By helping the comply with SOX regulations throught the establishment of IT General Controls, optimizing their user access review by examining their onboarding and offboarding processes.

• You enjoy collaborating in multidisciplinary and international teams.
• You have strong listening skills and can clearly convey ideas to colleagues and clients to create the best solutions together.
• You like to stay informed about the latest digital developments, innovative solutions, and market trends.
• With your analytical talents, you can deliver compelling results and presentations.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with the types of challenges mentioned above.
• You have a WO master's degree in Business Information Management, Technical Business Administration, Business Administration, or another Business/IT oriented study.
• Experience with GDPR and SOC1 reports is a plus.
• Accreditations such as CISA, RE, CISM are a plus.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
