In this role, you're the essential bridge connecting our central HR (business Partner) team with the Technology suite, ensuring everything from recruitment to employee development runs smoothly. Here's what you'll be doing:
Recruitment and Integration: You're at the forefront of bringing in new talent, playing a key role in:
- Coordinating with our recruitment team to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Conducting initial interviews, getting to know the promising candidates.
- Overseeing the preparation of business cases
- ensuring a warm welcome and soft landing for new employees into our community.
Supporting Mobility and Development: You'll help our team grow and thrive by:
- Monitoring absences and managing leave to keep our team balanced.
- Maintaining close contact with the Health & Wellbeing department (regarding case management)
- Setting up structured HR meetings that are meaningful and productive.
- Supporting our development cycles and coaching development managers to bring out the best in their teams.
- Facilitating ongoing feedback and offering development managers guidance on effective communication.
Enhancing Connections and Compliance: You're the go-to person for HR insights and improvements, responsible for:
- Answering HR-related questions, ensuring everyone has the information they need.
- Analyzing the monthly HR Dashboard and discuss notable features in the figures with the HR partner and sub HR partners
- Compiling the HR newsletter, sharing valuable updates and news.
- Working closely with the COO Technology to keep our operations aligned and efficient.
- Leading the charge on compliance and process improvements, making sure we're always on track and improving.

With at least a Bachelor's degree, your ability to think critically and communicate effectively is just the start.
