As a Brokerage Support Agent, you ensure that administrative and customer-related processes are handled correctly and efficiently. You work closely with colleagues and help maintain high service levels for customers and internal stakeholders.
Your tasks include:
- Handling internal and external email communication professionally and efficiently
- Providing customer support by phone with a focus on service quality
- Processing and maintaining accurate data and administration
- Supporting brokerage activities with administrative tasks
- Working together with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
- Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
- Maintaining clear and accurate records in company systems
- Gross salary of €3,000 per month
- Travel allowance according to the applicable scheme

- Full-time position of 40 hours per week
