As a Brokerage Support Agent, you ensure that administrative and customer-related processes are handled correctly and efficiently. You work closely with colleagues and help maintain high service levels for customers and internal stakeholders.

Your tasks include:

• Handling internal and external email communication professionally and efficiently
• Providing customer support by phone with a focus on service quality
• Processing and maintaining accurate data and administration
• Supporting brokerage activities with administrative tasks
• Working together with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
• Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
• Maintaining clear and accurate records in company systems
