The vacancy: Become the Strategic Leader on Amazon in North America
They are the bestseller in their category on Amazon in the US and Germany and are rapidly growing on Amazon in the rest of Europe and North America.
For the next growth phase, they are looking for someone who can lead their global Amazon business from A to Z.
As a Marketplace Manager, you will profitably grow the leading position in the US and Germany in light of increasing intense, low-priced competition.
Build a significant and profitable position on Amazon North America (US and Canada). Maintain and consolidate rapid growth at Amazon Italy, France, and Spain. A key task in your role is to ensure the health of product listings on the marketplaces. You will ensure that any issues that arise are responded to quickly and effectively. Additionally, you play a crucial role in the successful launch of new products.
You will be responsible for finding, contracting, and managing agencies. You motivate them to deliver high-quality operational work within a reasonable budget.
In collaboration with these agencies, you orchestrate effective product introductions and provide valuable insights to the R&D team for the development of new or optimized products.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- At least 3 years of experience in running successful marketplaces.
- Experience with Amazon.
- Fluent in English.
- A winner's mentality and leadership qualities.
