Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can inspire, energize, and lead our operational teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Your Role
As Operations Manager, you will be part of the Management Team. Acting as the right hand of the General Manager, you will lead and inspire (together with the department heads) the Front Office & Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Technical Department, Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams; a team of approximately 60 employees. You will also work closely with the Executive Chef, Meeting & Events Manager as well as our clustered disciplines like Finance and HR.
You focus on continuously improving the guest experience and ensuring seamless collaboration between departments. At the same time, you bring strong commercial acumen: you recognize opportunities, translate them into new business models, and lead by example. You foster a positive working environment where teamwork, development, and employee growth are key.
Additionally, you have strong financial skills. You will prepare budgets, perform financial analyses, and manage costs to achieve the targeted GOP results.

What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably from a Hotel Management School)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar environment
- Extensive experience in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage
- A decisive, energetic, and natural leader
- Someone who is energized by coaching and guiding teams
- Strong skills in revenue maximization and cost control
- Commercial insight with a proactive mindset
- Excellent command of English (and preferably Dutch), both spoken and written.
- Flexibility in working hours
