What we are looking for
Radio Holland is seeking a high?'impact Global Service Director to lead our global service organization and strengthen our position as the most reliable maritime service partner and first choice for NAVCOM solutions worldwide. In this role you are part of our Global Management Team, reporting to the CEO. As a consequence, you understand what its like to be a leader and take responsibility with our Global Management Team for the whole business.
In this role, you will drive strong commercial growth, build high?'performing sales, inside sales, and operations teams, elevate service productivity and quality, expand recurring revenues, and optimize our global supply chain. You will lead a proactive, customer?'centric Service Leadership Team and bridge technical excellence with commercial impact to deliver best?'in?'class service, safeguard vessel uptime, and scale Radio Holland's global service ecosystem.

What success looks like:
As Global Service Director, you will be accountable for shaping and executing a global service strategy that balances growth, operational excellence, and scalability.
You will strengthen commercial performance across key customers and regions, build a robust and responsive service organization, and further professionalize inside sales, service delivery, and contract management.
You will drive improvements in service productivity, quality, and reliability, while developing a scalable supply chain and service infrastructure that supports high availability and fast response worldwide.
Through strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and close cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure that service consistently contributes to customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sustainable business performance.
Requirements:
MSc (Master of Science) degree
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Dutch preferred (or willingness to acquire quickly)
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to the Rotterdam area
10-15 years of relevant experience in international service or aftersales organizations
Proven track record in a senior leadership or director-level role
Experience with global or multi?'regional P&L responsibility
Strong leader with experience managing international and multicultural teams
Strong commercial mindset; ability to position service as a value and revenue driver
Strategic sparring partner to the CEO and Executive Board
Ability to translate long?'term vision into practical, executable plans
We offer a competitive gross annual salary ranging from €115,000 to €130,000, with a variable bonus potential of up to three months' salary and a company car.
