As a Freelance Senior Project Manager in Creative Operations, you’ll own delivery across ambitious, cross‑functional campaigns—ensuring clarity, scale, and top‑tier execution. You will drive on‑time campaign delivery, optimize ways of working, and be the connective tissue between our creative studio and our world‑class partners.
What you’ll do- Own large, multi‑channel project execution from kickoff to launch, aligning stakeholders and external partners (think global brands, not just Loop)
- Design and implement scalable Studio processes—SLAs, intake workflows, ways of working across the team
- Identify and solve operational inefficiencies, minimizing misalignments and maximizing team autonomy
- Facilitate rituals: lead kickoffs, run retros, constantly improve collaboration in fast‑moving environments
- Serve as the central point of contact—setting timelines, sharing clear updates, keeping campaigns on track and stakeholders aligned

What you’ll bring- Agency or in‑house project management experience (creative campaigns, multi‑brand, multi‑channel preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume, complex creative projects with diverse stakeholders
- Process design skills: turning chaos into scalable structure with intake, feedback, and delivery systems
- Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership—bring clarity where ambiguity rules
- Confidence working independently, but know when to pull in others to move faster
- Comfortable with change and excited by projects where the brief evolves
- A desire to make your work matter—on projects that get noticed beyond the desk
