As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building the commercial engine from the ground up. You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution, especially during the early phase, before gradually building out the team and surrounding growth organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, target audiences, channels, offers and market priorities.
• Building and managing the performance acquisition engine, with a strong focus on CAC, payback, contribution margin and profitable growth.
• Developing a high-performing creative and testing system, including UGC, hooks, concepts, formats and creative iteration.
• Building and scaling creator, influencer, affiliate, ambassador and referral programs.
• Owning CRO and the customer funnel, from landing pages and product pages to checkout, offers and experimentation.
• Connecting acquisition to activation, membership conversion, engagement, retention and LTV.
• Building lifecycle and CRM strategies across launch, onboarding, upsell, renewal and win-back.
• Using data, forecasting and experimentation to continuously improve commercial performance and make informed investment decisions.
• Identifying and launching opportunities for international expansion, including market selection, localization and channel rollout.
• Building the growth organization as the company scales, including hiring specialists and developing the right external partner network.
• Creating the dashboards, processes and operating cadence needed to scale the business while maintaining speed and ownership.

This is a role with a high level of autonomy. You will be expected to get into the details yourself, but also to think several steps ahead about what the organization needs next.

You will join an ambitious early-stage consumer start-up developing a Personal Intelligence System that combines hardware, an app, AI and a recurring membership into one integrated consumer experience.

The goal is to launch the product in early 2027 and build it into a global consumer category. The business is currently at a stage where the foundations of the commercial engine still need to be created. That means there is significant room to shape the strategy, test what works and build the systems and team required for international growth.

The ambition is clear: create a product that becomes part of people's lives and build a scalable, sustainable business around it. In this role you need to be comfortable with uncertainty, move quickly and want to grow together with the business.

We are looking for a consumer growth builder rather than a pure media buyer or traditional marketing manager. You understand performance marketing deeply, but your experience extends across the wider commercial growth engine.

What you bring:

• A strong hands-on foundation in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Several years of experience in consumer growth, DTC or e-commerce.
• Extensive experience with Meta, combined with strong working knowledge of Google, YouTube and TikTok or comparable acquisition channels.
• Experience managing and scaling significant acquisition budgets and making decisions based on CAC, ROAS/MER, payback and contribution economics.
• Experience building or materially improving performance creative and testing systems.
• Broad knowledge of growth disciplines such as creators, influencers, affiliates, CRO, lifecycle, referral and partnerships.
• An understanding of activation, retention, recurring revenue, cohorts, churn and LTV.
• Experience with or strong understanding of international expansion and localization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear commercial actions.
• Strong market knowledge and a good understanding of modern consumer behaviour and growth trends.
• A strategic mindset combined with a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.
