Job Description- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Analyze business requirements related to HR master data, organizational structures, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce administration.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on organizational and business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional business teams to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed system configurations and functional design documentation.
- Support implementation, enhancement, release management, and production support activities for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Configure and maintain key EC components, including: Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Picklists, MDF Objects
