In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in leading the daily operations of our Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events service. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing your team, and continuously improving our Food & Beverage offering while maintaining the highest operational and brand standards.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. This makes our hotel a vibrant and fast-paced environment where hospitality professionals can truly make an impact.

- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily operation of the Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events outlets.
- Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team to reach their full potential.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and Radisson Hotel Group brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, efficiently, and with a guest-first mindset.
- Coordinate the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces according to guest requirements.
- Review, improve, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support menu development, promotions, and Food & Beverage initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture where colleagues can grow and succeed.
Qualifications – What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team in creating memorable moments
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and operational quality standards.
- A true hospitality professional who enjoys working in an international and dynamic environment.
