This role is positioned in our European Headquarter in Rotterdam providing People and Culture support to our regional European organization. The HR Business Partner will support our Finance, Legal and Sustainability & Corporate Communications organizations.
People and Culture plays a crucial role in the success of the business. As a HR Business Partner at LyondellBasell you are the link between the needs of the business and the delivery of People and Culture support. Your goal: driving and supporting the operational and tactical human resources activities to develop high-value capabilities across the business.
Besides acting as a trusted business partner to the Business Leaders, you will work closely with the appropriate People and Culture peers on key initiatives that will drive operational efficiency and improve overall quality. Topics you will be busy with include supporting talent management and recruitment processes, supporting leadership in HR related projects, and change management.
This is what you bring- Bachelor or Master degree with a preference in Business Administration or Human Resources Management;
- Solid HR fundamentals and experience in HR (minimum 5 years), with experience in working within an international organization;
- Knowledge of Dutch social security and Dutch labor legislation;
- Proficiency in the use of HR system solutions (like SuccessFactors) and/or any other related tools, including MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- While English is the primary language of our company, proficient knowledge of Dutch is also required.
