Wat ga je doen
As an International Relations & Regulations Consultant, you connect international postal agreements with strong, market‑ready products. You keep the overview, take responsibility and make decisions that have impact.
Product ownership and portfolio development
- You are Product Owner of international postal solutions, such as IBRS, PDDP, out‑of‑home solutions and other inbound, outbound and transit products.
- You define the product strategy, positioning and roadmap.
- You safeguard commercial performance, compliance and long‑term relevance.
Commercialisation and market development
- You make sure products are sellable and scalable for platforms, marketplaces, consolidators and postal operators.
- You translate complex regulations into clear value propositions.
- You support Sales and Marketing with positioning and customer discussions.
International relations and regulations
- You interpret UPU regulations and other international postal agreements.
- You translate changes into risks, opportunities and product impact.
- You safeguard complex international chains and solutions.
- You independently represent us in international forums such as UPU, IPC and PostEurop.
- You influence international discussions in line with the interests of Cross Border Solutions.
Collaboration and stakeholder management
- You work closely with colleagues from International Network Solutions, Products, Operations, Sales, IT, Legal, Finance and Public Affairs.
- You enjoy complexity and like to take responsibility.
- Academic level of working and thinking
- At least 5 years of experience in international postal services, logistics or e‑commerce
- Experience with product or portfolio ownership
- Knowledge of international postal processes and UPU regulations
- Insights into customs, VAT and import duties
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- You work independently and know how to influence others
- Excellent command of English
