We are seeking a Liquid Cooling Solution Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of innovative cooling solutions for data centers. This role involves conducting market analysis, gathering customer insights, and defining product roadmaps to align with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

1. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities.
2. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
3. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals and customer needs.
4. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic vision.
5. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
6. Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to align on product goals and timelines.
7. Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed product features and enhancements.
8. Collaborate with engineering teams to assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
9. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
10. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
11. Collaborate with FW engineer to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
12. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design improvements.
13. Define and implement QA processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
14. Work with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs and issues before product release.
15. Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
16. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate product performance to stakeholders.
17. Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
18. Ensure that products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
19. Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust product development processes accordingly.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in product management, preferably in cooling solutions for datacenters or related industry.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
