Why this role exists
SevenLab is an Amsterdam-based AI solutions company. We (help) build AI agents, AI applications and sovereign AI infrastructure for organisations that take data seriously: healthcare, the public sector, logistics and manufacturing. We work as an NVIDIA partner, we are ISO 27001 certified, and we deliver through a Software Development as a Service model: fixed monthly partnerships instead of hourly billing.
Our entry point is a €7K fixed-scope POC. From there, clients move into a monthly partnership (Private AI, AI Applications or Governed Build). Our differentiator is that everything we build can run on EU infrastructure, backed by Sluis, our own AI governance and gateway layer with EU data residency.
The demand is there. What we lack is a repeatable outbound system that identifies these organisations at the moment they start caring about AI and data sovereignty, and books a qualified conversation in our Account Executive's calendar.
Building and running that system is your job. You build it, you run it, and you own the results it produces.
Tasks
What you'll actually do
- First 30 days: take over our current sales systems: Attio, Clay, our email sequences and the partner motions we already run. Audit them. Tell us honestly what's broken. Fix the worst thing and propose what else to change.
- Days 30–90: build our core outbound motion from scratch, starting with the Dutch market. Define the ICP per segment (public sector, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing), build the enrichment waterfall, design the signal triggers, write and test the sequences, and get the Attio data model to a state where pipeline reporting isn't a work of fiction.
- Day 90 onwards: you own top-of-funnel. You run experiments weekly, kill what doesn't work fast, and document what does so it survives you. You feed qualified meetings to our Account Executive and work with commercial leadership on which segments and partner channels to scale next.
Requirements
Must have
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience building and running outbound systems (GTM engineering, growth, RevOps or SDR-plus roles)
- Proven, practical experience with Clay, Attio (or a comparable CRM) and an outbound email tool such as Instantly, including deliverability and inbox management
- Track record of building signal-based lists and enrichment waterfalls, and of measuring what they produced
- Comfortable doing 15-minute intro calls with prospects, or a clear willingness to learn
- Understanding of GDPR-compliant data sourcing and able to explain the origin of every contact in a list
- Professional Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Able to work from our Amsterdam office at least two days a week
Nice to have
- Python, or experience with Clay's HTTP API and Claygent
- Experience selling into the public sector, healthcare or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with Dutch tender and procurement signals (TenderNed, aanbestedingen)
- German or French

Practicalities
- Amsterdam-based (Danzigerbocht 39g), hybrid. You'll be in the office at least twice a week, more at the start.
- Working languages are Dutch and English. Most of our clients are Dutch organisations, so professional Dutch is required.
- You report to the CCO and work daily with our Account Executive and the delivery team.
Compensation
- €3,500–€5,500 monthly base, plus OTE
- 8% holiday allowance
- 28 days paid leave per year (full-time basis)
- 10% pension contribution
Our Process
- Intro Call (20-30 min) A mutual filtering session.
- Practical Case (2–3 hrs) You'll build a real outbound motion for our DACH launch.
- Live Session (45 min) Present your build, troubleshoot an issue in real-time, and conduct a mock 15-minute intro call.
- Final Conversation with Leadership + References
The process typically takes two to three weeks from start to finish. We provide feedback and a decision after each stage.
