In this role, you’ll
Lead the design and delivery of modern data platform architectures for a variety of clients.
Translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and data solutions.
Guide clients in adopting best practices for data governance, security, and scalability.
Oversee implementation across cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned and deliver measurable impact.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and assess how they can enhance our clients’ data capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, both within Xomnia and at client sites.
What you bring to the table
5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
Proven track record designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions.
Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience guiding teams and driving technical decision-making.
Fluent in Dutch (required) and English.
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to share knowledge.
