Are you the Customer Service Representative we're looking for? Someone who gets energy from helping customers and solving problems? As a Customer Service Representative, you're the hero who answers questions and tackles technical issues from start to finish. You make sure everything runs smoothly so our customers can continue with a smile!

• You'll assist customers via phone and email, answering their technical questions.
• You'll dive into problems, analyze them, and come up with clear solutions.
• You'll identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements.
• You'll perform QA tests to ensure the quality of our software.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work full-time from our office in the Hilversum region.
