We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. Do you love starting your day early and full of energy? Then this is your chance to become part of an ambitious team in a dynamic hotel environment.
What will you be doing?
As a Breakfast Chef, you share the responsibility with your colleagues for delivering a perfectly executed breakfast service. You make sure our guests start their day with a smile and a delicious meal. Some of your main tasks include:
Preparing mise-en-place for breakfast
Cooking and presenting the breakfast buffet
Replenishing the buffet and preparing dishes live, such as eggs and omelets
Ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
Managing stock according to the FIFO method and working according to HACCP guidelines
Maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace
Collaborating and communicating with the F&B team
Your shifts start at 06:00 or 07:30 – no problem for a true morning person like you!

Who are we looking for?
A creative, professional, and committed Breakfast Chef who brings:
Some kitchen experience in Horeca – a culinary degree is not required
Good product knowledge and attention to detail
Strong communication and social skills
Excellent hygiene standards
Full-time availability
A good command of Dutch and/or English
Legal eligibility to work in the Netherlands
