Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Process & Business Analyst to lead a dedicated work stream within a large cross‑functional programme. Your mission: design and optimise future business processes and data lineage across Accommodation, Fintech, and Finance, ensuring clear ownership and robust risk controls.

Your main focus and responsibility will be:

• Own and deliver a critical work stream within a strategic programme.
• Map and document end‑to‑end future business processes and data flows.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive scalable, streamlined solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Apply change management principles to ensure smooth adoption.

For who our client is looking for:

• Proven track record in end‑to‑end project delivery and process optimisation.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and BPM methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, and JIRA.
