ekaterra has determined Net Revenue Management as being a critical capability to rapidly scale to address intense external headwinds across the retail landscape, on-going competitive pressure and to underpin the company’s ambitious top line and margin goals. ekaterra Net Revenue Management is a relatively new function to many, while many are familiar, and is where transformation, technology, strategy, and capabilities enablement are being setup to be best in class, and to be standardized and deployed globally.
The main purpose of this role is to lead NRM strategy & capability deployment in our businesses across the globe, setting ekaterra up for long term, consumer focused top-line and profit growth. The role will drive the implementation of global NRM playbooks across all 5 NRM levers to lift NRM cadence and execution across all MUs.
As the Lead of Global NRM Strategy & Program, you will:
Partner with Brand Teams / CD teams and market NRM leads (where these exist) to deploy targeted deep dives, to identify value opportunities to underpin sustainable net revenue realisation (NRR), delivery over both the short-term and the long-term horizon.
Deploy global Price Architecture, Mix Management and Trade Management playbooks in the marketplace, guiding MUs to defining in year and long term NRM strategies.
Lead the development of Global NRM Long Term Strategy creation, defining future sources of growth and strategic investments across MUs to realize these sources, ultimately driving sustainable and consistent NRR and margin expansion.
Lead in defining the overarching NRM approach, analytics, cadence, and frameworks for playbook creation across the NRM levers.
Coordinate within the NRM program the Innovation Capability priorities to ensure NRM Strategy requirements are supported and readily translated into execution.
Developing and managing NRM scorecards and reporting at Global LT level.
Source and develop 3rd party suppliers to deliver analytics and dashboards.

Skills and Experience
5 years’ leadership experience with a minimum 2 years’ experience in Net Revenue Management.
Strategy Expertise – Strong record in FMCG Strategy. Proven track record demonstrating strategic thinking and problem solving.
Analytical Expertise – Exceptional analytical skills. Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level executive summary, storylines & concise practical plans for execution.
Presentation – Ability to visually present thoughts, storylines, facts & figures in a compelling way and adapt content to a variety of senior leadership and middle management audiences – specifically including strong PowerPoint and Excel competence.
Leadership – Proven leadership experience and people development skills. Preferably in a matrix organisation.
Commercial Acumen – Broad multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG and/or Retail. Strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex, incomplete, or ambiguous data with ease.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Global Mindset – Takes an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global stakeholders (e.g. Market needs, labour practices, legal issues) when building strategies and driving results. Capitalizes on an understanding of global business and societal dynamics to create flexible strategies that resonate across geographies or business categories.
Communication – Excellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way.
Change Management – ability to lead through significant changes to ensure adoption of new NRM operating model under new IT landscape. Experience on capability building is a plus.
Influence – Demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at Senior Leadership level and across a wide stakeholder group in Functions, Sectors and BUs. Ability to influence at high level without authority.
Self-starter – Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environment, resourcefulness in getting things done, Cross functions collaboration.
Agility – Flexibility approach in problem solving/developing solutions, Creating knowledge base, Sharing best practices.
