To continue strengthening our growth, governance and culture, we are looking for a Head of HR Business Partnering. In this essential role you will coordinate the HR Business Partnering domain, ensuring consistent, professional and forward‑looking HR practices across all clusters.
Responsibilities- Lead the HRBP team: Provide direction to HR managers and HR business partners, define clear roles, drive professional growth and optimise capacity utilisation of a team of 20, including 9 direct reports.
- Ensure HRBP quality: Maintain quality, uniformity and governance within the HRBP field by developing organisation‑wide frameworks, standards and work methods.
- Handle complex HR casuistry: Serve as the first escalation point for complex HR matters and ensure careful, consistent and compliant decision‑making.
- Translate strategy into action: Convert HR strategy and policy priorities into concrete implementation and ensure consistent application of the HR Operating Model across all clusters.
- Drive culture and behavioural change: Actively promote the adoption of new ways of working and role clarity within HR and the business; reinforce a culture of ownership, collaboration and predictability in HR service delivery.
- Strategic partnership with business: Act as a strong business partner for strategic roles, safeguarding the separation between HR governance and leadership development.
- Advise on strategic matters: Identify risks and opportunities, contributing to strategic HR preparation and decision‑making.
- Relieve the HR Director: Take on operational and tactical responsibilities to support strategic HR preparation and decision‑making.
- Academic level in HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience leading HR professionals.
- Strong understanding of organisational development, governance and change management.
- Experience in complex organisations with multiple business lines is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- Strong leadership and ability to develop professionals.
- Organisational sensitivity and persuasive influence.
- Consistency, decisiveness and result orientation.
