For our head office in Nootdorp, we are looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner. Fugro is the world’s leading Geo-data specialist. Your knowledge and experience on internal communications is instrumental to support senior leadership within global functions, particularly those that have a focus on people and culture, as well as occasionally on local communications specific to the Netherlands. You advise and support them by developing high‑quality concepts and communications.

You will find yourself working together in the global Brand and Communications team while helping to build a world‑class internal communications approach. • This is a high‑profile job in the global organisation of Fugro. You work directly with senior leaders of the organisation. You advise these stakeholders and support them by developing high‑quality concepts and communications.

• You work closely with other colleagues in the global Brand and Communications team; which covers the work areas: brand, internal communications, PR, public affairs, and digital communications.

• You develop an agenda setting approach to drive the Fugro story on its purpose, values, and culture across the globe to drive employee engagement and purpose‑driven behaviour.

• You develop enduring communications concepts that are future‑proof and bring something new to Fugro and improve the effectiveness of our communications.

• You plan, organise, and evaluate regular internal communications activities.

• You set up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving our internal communications.

• Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar.

• Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential.

• Project management experience is a must‑have.

• Affinity with technology and innovation is seen a plus.

• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, both verbal and written.

• A drive to deliver results, measure success and learn from insights.
