OverviewWe are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team and help build innovative artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that solve real‑world problems and drive business value.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference.
- Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
- Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models.
- Work with large datasets to extract insights and build predictive models.
Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas in a bustling area full of companies. We welcome up to 1,500 people every day and offer breathtaking views from the 22nd floor, a high‑tech WaveSpace that connects clients and colleagues virtually across the globe.
Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Experience with LLMs and generative AI.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Experience with API development and deployment.
- Contributions to open‑source AI/ML projects.
- Published research or papers in AI/ML conferences or journals.
- Programming: Python, SQL, and familiarity with other languages (Java, C++, etc.).
- ML/DL Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit‑learn.
