For Mercure Amersfoort Centre, part of International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Allround Hospitality Employee on a 0-hours contract who will combine Front Office and Food & Beverage duties in a dynamic role. This means you enjoy variety in your work, are service-oriented, and feel comfortable working in different departments depending on operational needs.
Your day will consist of:
Welcoming guests and taking care of check-in and check-out
Handling guest requests, calls and reservations
Processing payments and administrative tasks
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant and bar
Preparing drinks and simple dishes
Assisting during banqueting and events
Preparing mise-en-place and keeping work areas clean and tidy
Supporting your colleagues and ensuring brand standards are followed

Have a passion for hospitality

Are flexible (weekdays, weekends, evenings and occasional nights)
Are a team player with a hands-on mentality
Have an eye for detail and stay calm under pressure
Speak English (Dutch is a plus)
