In the sales support role, you and your team are responsible for all order processing, after-sales and communication regarding orders from and with customers and colleagues. You start the day with a cup of coffee, after which you boot up your computer and the systems. Then the orders and questions come in, which you distribute among your team and monitor until the customer is satisfied and/or has received the product. This company operates worldwide and also depends on various suppliers, which means that you will have a lot of contact with, for example, logistics service providers or the other office in Malaysia. You will be responsible for many different tasks during the working day, which makes the work challenging and ensures that no two days are the same. Given the international nature of the work, the working language is English, and it is an advantage if you are also proficient in other languages.
