As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role involves setting up and monitoring production lines, ensuring quality standards are met, and addressing minor technical issues. What You Will Do:
- Set up and operate: the production lines according to the correct specifications.
- Monitor: the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
- Resolve: minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
- Contribute: to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
- Work: in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

- Experience as an operator, preferably in packaging processes.

- Accurate, physically active, and technically inclined.
- Available full-time in a three-shift system.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.
