Operational buyer Responsibilities- Administratief verwerken van Purchase Requests, aanmaken en plaatsen van inkooporders, opvolgen en begeleiden van inkooporders
- MRP runs
- Reclameren en chasseren op levertijden en orderbevestigingen
- Bijhouden van data ten behoeve van leverancier beoordeling
- Master data beheren, onderhouden en verbetervoorstellen doen bv: Article data, vendor data en stock parameters in SAP
- Ondersteunen van de Procurement afdeling
- Ondersteunen bij leverancierskeuze, beoordelen van, en contact onderhouden met de leveranciers
- Problemen met leveranciers oplossen (kwaliteit, retourzendingen, claims etc)
- Opvolgen van levertijden en hierover intern betrokkenen informeren
- Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes
- Tijdig en correct plaatsen van inkooporders en opvolgen van levertijden
- Oplossen van problemen met leveranciers bijvoorbeeld over prijzen, manco’s of beschadigingen
- Beheren, managen, beantwoorden en opvolgen van binnenkomende emails in de centrale purchasing mailbox van de Procurement department
- Voortgang t.b.v. Lopende zaken communiceren met collega’s zowel binnen de eigen afdeling als buiten de afdeling
- Advies, ondersteuning geven en kennis delen met Purchase Requestors om tot de optimale leveranciers selectie, prijsstelling, kwaliteit, levertijd en condities te komen
- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers in binnen‑en buitenland over alle zaken gerelateerd aan lopende inkooporders
- Je werkt op MBO+ niveau en hebt de bijbehorende diploma’s
- Je hebt reeds dagelijks gewerkt met ERP systemen, bij voorkeur SAP en hebt ervaring met rapportage tools
- Je bent thuis in inkoopprocessen en Procure to Pay
- Ervaring in productie omgevingen
