Vacaturebeschrijving Wat je gaat doen As a Chef de Partie, you will be part of a professional kitchen team in a luxury fine dining restaurant located on the beautiful Zeeland coast. Together with your colleagues, you will create high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients while delivering an exceptional culinary experience for guests. You will work in an environment where quality, presentation, and attention to detail are essential. Every dish leaving the kitchen reflects the standards of the restaurant, and your contribution plays an important role in maintaining those standards. Experience in fine dining is appreciated, but not necessary. Your passion for cooking, willingness to learn, and professional attitude are more important. You will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working alongside experienced hospitality professionals. The working hours are mainly between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM. There are no breakfast shifts, providing a clear daily schedule and a healthy work-life balance. Before the evening service, the team enjoys a shared staff meal together.
Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing mise-en-place for lunch and dinner service
• Cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and standards
• Maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Following HACCP and food safety regulations
• Contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and menu improvements
• Working closely with colleagues during service
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient

• Starting salary of at least €2,800 gross per month

• You speak Dutch, or English at a very good level
• MBO-level working and thinking ability or equivalent practical experience
• Experience as a cook, line cook, or Chef de Partie
• Affinity with fine dining and high-quality gastronomy
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak seasons
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
