Qualifications: - You must be fluent in Dutch.
- Strong academic background in computer science or a related field.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript preferred).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and learning from senior developers.
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, specifically Pega.
Additional Skills: - Domain experience in financial services and/or insurance would be beneficial.
- Prior Pega certification (CSSA or CSA) is not required. However, a willingness to pursue Pega certifications during your training program is highly regarded.
