TASKS WITH IMPACT
The Corporate Brands Controlling team is responsible for the financial steering and transparency of Douglas’ own brands. As part of the team, you will gain valuable insights into strategic and operational controlling processes and actively contribute to the commercial development of our brands.

You support the Corporate Brands Controlling team in budgeting, forecasting, and the planning of cash flow and working capital

You assist in analyzing monthly reports, identifying trends and deviations, and deriving recommendations together with the team

You contribute to the further development of the KPI framework, focusing on sales performance, margin, and profitability

You support the creation and maintenance of dashboards to enable transparent financial steering of the corporate brands

You assist in year-end closing activities and support the collaboration with external auditors
YOUR SKILLS
-
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, controlling, finance, or a comparable field

Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in controlling or finance, for example through internships or working student roles

You work confidently with Microsoft Excel and ideally have first experience with BI or reporting tools

You approach tasks analytically, enjoy working with numbers, and have a solid understanding of financial interdependencies

You are interested in process optimization and enjoy working collaboratively in cross-functional teams

You are able to communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing
