TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Implementing the brand strategy and positioning for assigned sub-brands based on market, consumer, and competitive insights
- Creating and implementing brand elements such as image language and tone of voice in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Optimizing the product portfolio to improve performance, consumer experience, and shelf productivity
- Managing the full product development process from ideation and briefing to launch, including price setting, design, and formula development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, supply chain, sourcing, and activation to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
- Working closely with producers to co-develop or enhance products, resolve quality issues, and meet standards with support from the CB quality team
- Creating and executing integrated activation plans including promotions and format guidelines in alignment with cluster managers
- Monitoring sales performance and shopper feedback to identify and implement improvements
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Several years of experience in product development and brand management, ideally in the beauty or international FMCG industry
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
- Deep brand understanding and consumer-centric mindset
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
