In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Budget planning, target setting and controlling on a performance marketing channel level for international eCommerce countries contributing to the execution of the Douglas Omnichannel Strategy from headquarters
- Performance controlling and deep-dive analyses of the respective online shops with a special focus on marketing efficiency, customer performance and cross‑channel interdependencies
- Derive strategic eCommerce levers and ensure target achievement
- Steer and report and optimize the marketing mix by close alignment with channel managers in charge of execution
- Close collaboration, regular knowledge and best practice sharing with internal and external stakeholders, such as local eCommerce managers and Centers of Excellence for achieving market goals
- Take ownership of additional tasks and support of cross‑functional projects within the international eCommerce and performance marketing environment
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, business or similar disciplines
- First relevant work experience in the field of performance marketing, eCommerce or similar
- Analytical mindset: You are able to draw business conclusions from data and bring them to life
- Basic understanding of the various digital marketing channels, campaign tools and tactics (Customer Journeys, Marketing funnels, Attribution, Tracking environments)
- Motivated mindset to shape the future of eCommerce and performance marketing and drive change within a matrix organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, high capacity to abstract, zoom out and cluster information to the point
- Business fluent in spoken and written English is required
- Eager to learn, challenge the status-quo and curious to ask demanding questions
- Excellent MS Office Skills (first experience with Google/Adobe Analytics or attribution tools is a plus)
