TASKS WITH IMPACT
As part of our Group Compliance Office, you are responsible for compliance management within the SenioDOUGLAS Group. You continuously develop the global Compliance Management Program, design measures for all countries and brands, and support their implementation. In addition, you contribute to the development of the DOUGLAS Group’s human rights strategy and coordinate compliance risk analyses in the respective countries. Become part of an international team of compliance officers based at the Düsseldorf headquarters as well as in various countries.
- You develop group-wide, target-group-oriented communication and training measures, independently implement them, and continuously enhance them.
- You provide legally sound assessments of compliance matters, advise employees and managers, and develop solutions for compliance-related issues.
- You design concepts to further increase compliance awareness across the organization.
- You support the investigation of suspected compliance violations and, based on these, develop preventive measures and processes.
- You support supplier due diligence activities and prepare regular reports.
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- You hold a completed university degree in law, business law, business administration, or a comparable field.
- You have several years of professional experience in compliance management, ideally in an international environment.
- You have knowledge of criminal law and administrative offense law and are familiar with whistleblower protection and anti-money laundering.
- You are proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You are able to manage complex situations in constantly changing environments and demonstrate a high level of structure and initiative.
- You are fluent in German and English (additional language skills are an advantage).
